Lottery Ticket

I wont $100.00 for the first time. The biggest amount I ever won.

I bought another ticket and pocket it the rest.

To bad I lost on my 2nd ticket. Image that.

Just a Pop

This past weekend my husband went to the local hardware store. He was standing in line behind a man that was buying stone and while we was paying for the stone the cashier asked him if he had purchase the pop that he had right with him. He said yeah.
The cashier asked where?
The man said over there and pointed.
The cashier asked who checked him out?
The man said he had no idea...someone.
The cashier said that a cashier normal puts a bright sticker on the pop if purchases.
The man said he didn't know.
The cashier said she would need to call the manager.
The man walked out of the store and left the unopened pop there.

When is it okay for a mid 30 man to steel a pop? Why not be honest and pay for a dollar drink. Instead of lying and make yourself look like a fool.

My husband purchase a pop and asked the lady if she could put a sticker on it. :)

Jumping Around

My aunt recorded and put back ground music of me jumping around at one of our Family Birthday Parties. It was not easy jumping around on it but it was fun.

Wal-Mart Casher

Today I went to Wal-Mart to do our bi-weekly shopping. I choose the busiest time of the week. Saturday mid-afternoon. After shopping for a hour and half I didn't have to wait long in line to be checked off. However, the cashiers had just switch right in front of my order, which I didn't think much of it. So I laid all of my items in order after my reusable bags - Cold foods, perishable, beauty supplies, Cleaning supplies, than eggs, chips and bread. I left all of the large big items in my cart, like always.
When I pulled up to the end I told her that I had a few items in my cart and I could lift them for her to scan. She rolled her eyes. I thought "Gosh". Even though she didn't say "Hello" or anything I am fine with but rolling your eyes at me is not right. When she returned to scan the rest of my bagged items she just thew my stuff in and mixed all of my cold, perishable and cleaning supplies. (So, that was a waste of my time). Than when I saw a item that I had a "buy one get one free coupon" I stopped her to let her know. She let out this big SIGH....I showed her the rest of my 'buy one get one free coupons' (about 6 total) and she got to the point when she saw one of them items she would throw her hands to cover her face out of disbelief. Could she get any ruder than that? Yes. Than after bagging my items, and scanning my 'buy one get one free coupons' she told me my total. I showed her my large pile of regular coupons that been sitting in front of her. I herd her let out a "grez" under her breath. I thought to myself....you have to be kidding. After her negative body language and disrespected attitude. She ripped my receipt real fast and only have my HALF of my receipt. I have no idea how much I saved after all of the grief with using my damn coupons.

Now, I worked for walmart 7 years and I know working on a Saturday afternoon is crazy and terrible but to treat me like dirty just because you have to scan my coupons. It wasn't like she had been standing there for hours. She just got there and took over for someone else.
I went to Kroger this morning to get meat and ect. Everytime I am in there EVERYONE is nice and bag my things right. I almost thinking about paying the price difference so I can get real Customer Service.

Good Company Vs. Bad Company

Trust me I have worked for some bad companies in my short work career. Obviously, my last company went out of business this year. I loved the people I worked with and for however, the benefits and the way the company treated their employees was last on their list.

Now, that I took this temporary (hopefully full time in a few months) job I have now experience the feeling of how a company cares for their employees and put them at the top of the list. Its real nice. I am sitting from my living room with the afternoon paid. But before I got the afternoon off, they treated us to lunch at a nice restaurants and told us to "Go home and we will see your tomorrow".

I always heard there was nice companies out there but I didn't know how it felt.

He Cares

Today I came in from taking the dogs from a walk and my husband was waiting on me to get home because he recorded a part of the local news that he wanted me to watch.

As I was grabbing a water and etc he asked me to sit down. I told him to just play it and I will listen to it while I am finishing up. He stilled waited for me to sit down so I can only pay attention the the TV.

The news had a story on people that talk on the phone and drive. Not text but talk on the phone. He said he knows EVERYTIME I am in the car I am on my phone talking to someone.

This 24 year old woman was casually talking on her phone out on one of the county road by our home and flipped her car on the side because she wasn't 100 % paying attention to the road. The woman is now in a wheel chair and cant not walk anymore.

After the story had finish it. He turn to me and asked for me to think twice about driving and talking on my cell phone because he did not want me to end up like the woman on TV.

Doesn't he look cute.....

Mr. Bo Man

Mr. Bo Man got fixed today. He did very well. Actually you would not even know he got fixed today. He came home acting the same and wanting to play and roll around with Bella. He is crying alot because he wants to eat and we cant feed him until tomorrow morning. Poor thing.

Football

Like most wives, I am going to loose my husband on Sundays due to the Football. He reminded me tonight at dinner that pre-season starts this Sunday. Even though the Colts don't play this weekend I will still wont have a normal conversation with him when its Sunday.

Girls Night

I meet up with all of my college friends last night. Everyone came in out of state or into the city of Indy to have dinner and go to a causal bar. We had drinks and dinner and we never acted like a minute or a year had passed.
We are all different and come from different walks of life but we have so much in common.

I missed them all and I cant wait until the next time we meet again.

My Wish

My Wish is for all of my family and friends are healthy and live a heart healthy life.
