Yes, this is true....I watch the weatherman three to four times a day. I get excited when I hear its going to be 35 degrees.
Now that I am training outside and running in the rain, snow, cold, wind and the dark.....I watch it closely and pack my gym bag like there might be a blizzard that day.
I am pushing myself and this has been one of the most rewarding and hard things I have done.
I run 3 times a week and 2 weight training days a week. The best time so far is 3 miles in 31 minutes. But I am forcing on length and not so much on time.
