It takes more than waking up at 4:30AM and driving to the maron trail. Its quite funny to watch all of us park our cars than walk to our trunks and "get dress".
Items I prepare for a long run-
Baseball cap
Flash light- attached to the hat
Chocolate Milk - for after the run
I pod - I only put in one headphone for security reason
Flue belt -holds a few things of water plus my phone
Extra bottle of water in my car
Knee brace
Gloves
Just four Saturdays away for my 3rd half marathon this year.
I just signed up for my third round of boot-camp as well!
