Got Common Sense?

As my husband is sitting there with a friend he said he meet some interesting people.

Picture this at a roulette table on a Friday night at a local casino

One man still had his work uniform on and had talked about how he left right after work straight to the casino, he asked Cody "Hey do you have the time, I am suppose to pick up a Papa's Murphy pizza and bring it home to dinner to my family" Cody told him its 11:45PM. The man said "Oh Shit, its that late already" - Poor family waiting on dinner that never came and their father had spent his paycheck at the casino for hours!!!

Second man was complaining he had child support due and had not paid it for a while and needed to win big. He said he had no job or paycheck and he will be put in jail soon if he can't make Child support. - Why is he at the casino spending his last dime hoping to make a few extra dollars?

What happen to having common senses these days?

Your Social Security Number

Is your Social Security number save?

I work for an company have a wide range of devise amount of employees that work for the company. Mostly Hispanic and we find about 5 a week of fake social security cards. We run the numbers through the social security website and if the name doesn't match the number provided on the card we must ask the employee to go to their local SS office. However, never come back to work.

This week I had a male that looked in his mid 30s and his social security card was just a bit to new. We ran his number and it was rejected. When I looked at his paper work a little bit more he had put his birth year as 1998. Wouldn't that make him 11 years old?

PLEASE KEEP YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SAFE.

Attn: All Woman (also men)

First or foremost I do not read books most of the time. I get bored and began to drift off to a nap most of the time. I couldn't even read $200 text books in college. However, I have fell in love with this book that I MUST tell every woman that I know. I even bought the book for my best friend and I am going to re-read the book.

I really liked the author of the book Bethenny Frankel. She is in a reality show on Bravo. Her book came out in March and I looked and heard about it a few times. Then I notice her book was on the New York's bestseller list for many weeks in a row. So this month (actually two weeks ago) I bought the book.

I began to read it and I couldn't put it down. The book is called Naturally Thin - unleash your skinny girl and free yourself from a lifetime of dieting. She gives you 1o rules that she lives by and they all make sense. Just common sense that is. She has been on so many diets. Every woman I know has been on some kind of diet at some time of their life time. But after reading this.....I think I got it and I think she has the key and the advice that MAKES SENSE!!

I been counting my calories since April but I am trying to get off that (because I cant do it the rest of my life). she makes life easy to eat "whatever you want" and don't have to "measure" all of your food"

One of the 10 rules that makes sense is "You can eat it all but you cant have it all at once"

I am very passion about this book and I HIGHLY recommend every woman to read it.

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY

What do I do on Sundays?
Well, I love to go to Goodwill (also known as GW). I go to Goodwill so often that my dad calls me on Sundays to ask what good deals have I have found this week. - Sad isn't. Or my husband ask me what time am I going to GoodWill? - He doesnt ask IF I am going....its when are you going?

I wonder at timess if this is a passion or a obsession? I have to admit that I have found myself not buying much of anything at a mall. I can't bear to buy a shirt for 10 dollars when I can get a shirt at Goodwill from $1.50 to $4.00 dollars.

So the questions....Is this a Passion or a Obsession?

Hangover

Last night my husband and I had two good friends come over for a birthday dinner. We made a honey baked chicken that was sooo good.

However, the best part of the night was the movies. We decided during dinner we all wanted to see the new movie "Hangover". I had seen on facebook where people was going to the movies two or three times just to see this movie again. In this economy I thought it had to be good to see once than.

So we showed up and the show was sold out however we waited 30 minutes for the next show. This movie is THE BEST MOVIE I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. I laughed during the whole thing and I don't think I have ever laughed so hard throughout a movie EVER!

I would highly recommend watching the movie. I laughed during Wedding Crashers and this was at least 2 or 3 times better.
